Welcome to Makkah Prime Laundry. By using our website and laundry services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Use
Our laundry services are available to customers 18 years of age and older. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Laundry Handling
We handle all garments with professional care. However, Makkah Prime Laundry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinkage, fabric weakness, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by incorrect care labels on garments.
Customers must clearly inform us of any delicate items or garments requiring special treatment at the time of pickup.
Separate Washing
Each customer’s laundry is processed separately. Ihram garments and sensitive fabrics are washed individually using perfume-free detergents.
While we use advanced cleaning techniques, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic, and order volume. Customers will be informed of any delays.
Customers must be available at the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Laundry Weight and Pricing
Laundry is weighed after pickup. Final pricing is based on the actual weight and the type of service selected.
By confirming an order, the customer agrees to the pricing communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Lost or Missing Items
We take reasonable steps to track and return all items. Any missing or misplaced items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If compensation is applicable, it will not exceed three times the washing cost of the affected item.
Payments
Payments must be completed using the agreed method at the time of order. Makkah Prime Laundry does not store or process sensitive banking or card information on its servers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are advised to check their garments upon delivery.
By using our service, you confirm that your laundry does not contain valuables, money, or hazardous materials.

By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive messages related to pickup, delivery, order confirmation, weight updates, and customer support.
Service Refusal
Makkah Prime Laundry reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conditions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
